Independent fiduciary advisory practice

Insurance, education, and wealth planning — integrated for the household, not the product shelf.

True Forge Advisors Incorporated compares life insurance policies across multiple top-rated carriers on your behalf, pairs placement with structured household financial-literacy coursework, and stewards long-term wealth and transfer planning — delivered virtually to clients in all fifty states.

Who we work with

Four household types. One written plan each.

The shape of the advice changes with the shape of the household. Pick the situation closest to yours — each path leads to the same private consultation, labelled with your context.

Three integrated service lines

One advisor. Three pillars. One written plan.

Insurance brokerage, household financial education, and long-horizon wealth planning are run by the same advisor against the same household plan — so the questions raised in coursework inform the policy that gets placed, and the policy funds the plan that gets executed.

01

Life insurance brokerage

As an unaffiliated broker, we compare policies from multiple top-rated carriers on your behalf — coverage matched to your protection goals, budget, health profile, and planning horizon rather than to a single provider’s captive shelf.

  • Term, whole, universal, and final-expense comparisons
  • Underwriting navigation for non-standard health profiles
  • Re-evaluation at life events, not at sale anniversaries
02

Household financial education

Structured coursework for parents, young adults, and multigenerational households — designed to build durable literacy so the advice that follows has somewhere to land. Sessions are practical, not motivational.

  • Budgeting and debt reduction, retirement readiness
  • Estate-transfer fundamentals and basic investing
  • Cohort and household formats; recorded for follow-up
03

Long-term wealth planning

Customized accumulation, preservation, and wealth-transfer plans for professionals, small-business owners, and families navigating inheritances, divorce, retirement transitions, or intergenerational planning.

  • Tax-aware accumulation and decumulation strategy
  • Business succession and concentrated-position planning
  • Multi-generation transfer and trust coordination
How the practice is built

Independent by structure. Virtual by design. Integrated on purpose.

The shape of the firm is the shape of the advice. An independent broker with no captive shelf, a virtual delivery model that keeps record-keeping auditable across fifty states, and a single advisor carrying insurance, education, and wealth planning end-to-end — so recommendations do not arrive in silos and incentives do not arrive from the vendor.

  1. 01Independent by structure

We do not represent a single carrier and we do not earn undisclosed third-party incentives. Compensation is disclosed in plain language, in writing, before any recommendation.

  2. 02Virtual by design

A single virtual practice lets us serve clients across all 50 states without a branch footprint, while keeping scheduling, document handling, and follow-ups auditable and on-the-record.

  3. 03Integrated, not siloed

Insurance placement, household education, and wealth planning are run by the same advisor, against the same written plan. No hand-offs, no competing vendor incentives, no orphan recommendations.

  4. 04Independent by compensation

We are not a captive agent and we do not sell shelf space to carriers. Compensation is paid by the chosen carrier out of the premium, but its amount does not influence which product we recommend — referral fees, if any, are disclosed in writing, and fees for wealth-planning and education work are independent of any policy placement.

The first trust objection, head-on

How we get paid. In plain language.

The question every prospect should ask, answered without asterisks. If a household ever reads a part of this page and stays confused about compensation, that is a defect in this page, not in the question.

01

No captive shelf

We are not tied to a single carrier. There is no in-house product to push, no shelf to clear, and no parent company to satisfy.

02

Recommendation does not follow the check

Carrier compensation is paid out of the premium of the policy you choose, but the size of that compensation does not steer the recommendation. We document the basis for every placement.

03

Referrals disclosed in writing

If a referral fee exists on any part of an engagement, it is enumerated in plain language before the work begins — not buried in a footnote or a disclosure appendix.

04

Wealth and education fees stand alone

Fees for financial-education coursework and long-horizon wealth planning are independent of any insurance placement. A paid plan exists whether or not a policy is ever placed.

Questions we hear at intake

Frequently, before the first call.

If yours is not listed, ask it directly — the first conversation is no-cost and no-obligation.

We are not a captive agent for any single life insurance carrier. As a broker, our role is to compare policies from multiple top-rated providers and recommend the one that best fits your protection goals, budget, and health profile. Compensation is paid by the carrier out of the premium, but its amount does not influence which product we recommend.
